It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to The Blessed Edward Campion Federation and more specifically St Patrick's Catholic Primary School.

We are all very proud of our school: both our achievements and our ethos, from our sporting achievements to our academic successes. At the heart of that is we are proud of each and every one of our students and all that they achieve both inside and outside of school.

We are a family school which builds and develops relationship with parents and carers as well as the children and we like to see ourselves as a member of your extended family. We provide a caring and nurturing environment for all our children to thrive in regardless of their backgrounds and we welcome all through our doors. We value the uniqueness of all of our families and children and have a curriculum that reflects this providing a range of opportunities that support each individual in their personal learning journey. As a parent myself I believe that the care and education we provide in the Federation and at each school should be, and is, good enough for my own children. If what we do is not good enough for my own children then it is not good enough for yours. 

The way live within our local and Catholic community is important and our children have an excellent reputation. We like to teach the children the value of charity - not only being charitable to each other but also to causes that are close to our heart so that the children understand that we are part of a wider community and to help those who may not be able to help themselves. It is also important to me and all the staff that the schools provide a positive contribution to the community both local and religious. The education of our children is more than academic achievement - we want to create well rounded, positive and caring individuals who go on to be the best that they can be and live their faith in action.
