Here at Shrewsbury Cathedral Catholic Primary School and Nursery, we take our mission to protect all of God's earth and creatures very seriously.

Thanks to the Eco club's hard work, our school achieved it's very first Green Flag award which recognises the school's excellence in environmental action and learning.
~
We are all Eco Warriors at our school and we take part in Eco activities as part of our Curriculum both in and out of the classroom.
~
In Forest School, we meet to decide what class eco goal we would like to achieve that year and we have a dedicated team of pupils who complete audits of our school to help us set whole school targets.

Guardians of the Planet
Inspired by Clive Gifford's amazing book 'Guardians of the Planet', Year 6 created their own masks inspired by the different guardians: Wildlife Warden, Home Hero, Guardian of Green Energy, Food-Waste Fighter, Freshwater Friend, Keeper of the Coasts and Oceans, and Friend of the Forests.
